Global Hunger is on the rise. Wars, conflicts, changing climate, rising prices and corruption are some of the main drivers causing the hunger crisis.
Through Growing Projects, you can sponsor an acre of farmland. Funds raised through the project are then used to support people around the world with emergency food and longer-term food security support.
Funds raised through Growing projects are sent to NCM Canada's account at Canadian Foodgrains Bank, where they are often matched up to 4:1 by the Government of Canada.
Note: The projected return is about $500 per acre. When multiplied up to 4:1 by the Canadian government, $400 becomes as much as $2500, which feeds about 50 families for one month.

Each gift will be used as designated except where any given need has been fully met or in the case when the specified project(s) cannot be reasonably carried out, then the donor agrees that the designated gift may be used where it is needed most.
